✅ Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at sales@sqgdirect.com with your order number.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
• Clearance or final sale items

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
